Not sure if it’s the longer, warmer spring and summer nights but it seems like I never wanna go to be in bed by 9:45 p.m.! I’ve started keeping track and writing down the time I go to bed again so that should help.

For me, this goal is actually: “be in pyjamas, in bed, by 21:45.”
I’ve gone from doing this successfully about 11% of the time (twice in 18 nights) to approximately 27% (five times in the last 13 nights).
Wow, I can’t believe how geeky that sentence sounds. Love it! LOL!
