Trying to clean up my diet. Eating more chicken, raw vegetables and fruits. Drinking only water. Also, I am cutting back on carbs.
I’d gained 7 lbs since my mom died in May 2009. I am a stress eater, drinker, sleeper..etc. I have lost those 7 lbs, but still have a LONG ways to go. I’m 40 now.

I have been eating healthier since I moved to LA. Going to the pool everyday is incentive eat the salad or fruit. I have been swimming some laps each day too. I am not a swimmer, swimmer…like I don’t like to put my face in the water..so I basically swim like a turtle. Plus we walk sooo much more..I am hoping that will make a difference too. I don’t have a scale. I am hoping I will be pleasantly surprised when I weigh next time.

I had given up on losing weight. I decided to reopen this goal. I really would like to be thinnner. However, I find it difficult to find the time to exercise and cook healthly.
When I was younger, I was always very thin. I soo took that for granted. Now if I look at food, it attaches to my thighs. I am not “fat, fat” but there is room for improvement.

I have been doing really well. I have still been eating, just not with both hands. :) I think a lot of it was stress. I am still stressed, just not eating all of my favorite comfort foods.

I am 5’6. I weigh 151 lbs this morning. It is so freaking hard for me to write that in here! I weigh more now than I did when I was eight months pregnant. I think with Brandon’s death and the divorce all in one year, I am stress eating. Normally I weigh 125-130. The extra weight is grossing me out. Today has been my first day of attempting to change my eating and exercise habits. I want to lose the weigh quickly and smartly.
