my goal is now min 2 litres per day, only rarely do I go below that amount. I think this goal is completed.

I rarely go below 1.5 litres perday and if I do it is because I drank litres of skim milk or juice. I feel much better about myself.

I am managing minimum 2 litres per day still. I will turn this up to about 2.5 – 3.0 lires per day. I actually physically feel less tired. This is awesome. I am ready to write my own book on success.

I am on day 7, and have managed 2 litres minimum per day since I started. This feels good. This is a great way to start my 43 things. Very positive experience.

I am on day 2, so I bought a couple of cases of water and then I left bottles in my car, at work, at home, etc. I figure I need a good collection of bottles to start with, so I can refill them as required, or buy more.
