Haven’t actually started this yet ‘cos I am not getting up early enough yet (that sounds lame) but am reading Cheri Huber’s ‘Nothing Comes Next’ on zen meditation. Glad I did before starting – has given me an understanding of why the questions that I have asked myself when I have tried in the past and would again – ‘how do I know when/it’s working’, ‘am I in the present yet’ are pointless. And also, how not to fall asleep! I will sit tomorrow morning.
