Being allowed to train the body to handle tight lacing.
Most people believe that’s its dangerous to tight lace, but it’s really how you tight lace.
You have to slowly work your way down.
Starting with 2” off your natural waist and work your way down slowly!
I’ve read up on my sources and I’m going to have a waist trainer with me to make sure everything is properly laced.
And don’t worry, I’m not going to go extreme and tight lace to 13”.
