I’m almost a week past my anniversary date for my third-time taking of the RealAge test. I hope to have a period of uninterrupted free time this coming weekend, so that I can see what my results look like after a second year of “taking care” of myself. smile
will be my third time to take the RealAge test. I wonder how much improvement it’ll show from a(nother) year’s efforts….
RealAge Results:
Test: 2/22/06: 2.8 years older than chronological age
Re-Test: 2/22/07: 2.2 years younger than chronological age
Improvement over 12-month period: 5 years!
smile
As busy as I’ve been lately, I just haven’t had the time to re-take this test.
So maybe I’ll wait to re-take it, rather than stress over the delay; perhaps even until the one-year anniversary of my originally having done it….
That would be nicely “symbolic”—& could be fun, too, if the re-take actually does show the progress that I’m hoping a full year of being fitness-conscious would create!
I took the RealAge test on 22 February (having begun using FD on 10 February): the test, then, claimed that I was 2.8 years older than I actually am.
I look forward to finding some time in the next week or so, to re-take the RA test & see if my result has improved, after these last eight months of work toward greater fitness!
last February, I think (just before or just after I’d found & begun using FitDay & 43T!)...
I should take it again, now, after losing some weight & adding some exercise to my life, to see how much improvement it shows! smile
I hope I can find the safe place where I saved the results from last time, in order to compare them when I take it again….
