Sometimes a temper is good

I’ve learned to have peace with my temper. I know I do not completely control it, but also learned that it is no use only suppressing it. Better to find outlets where it does not harm anyone. And sometimes a temper is good. it can be a sign of being passionate about something and can actually point you to something to persue – and a good bang on the table also gets the point across if nobody want to listen to me. SHUT UP AND LISTEN ALREADY YOU FRA>C>KIN’ MORONS!!!

Peace

Ongoing

One of the things I learned is that I can improve this by takin good care of my general well-being. Getting rest, enough breaks, not running myself down, remember to get ‘release’ where it is safe; like singing/shouting in the car, running 2-3 times a week. Keeping a healthy diet also seems to work. I get more irritable when I eat a lot of sugar.
