Last week, I was exhausted and fell asleep right away about 12am and woke up the next day around 10am!
This was such a drastic change that came out of nowhere, and I thought it would just be for that one day. But I’ve been actually waking up consistently at an earlier time (in regards to off-days, not work days where I’d HAVE to wake up early).
I fell asleep yesterday at aroiund 12:30am, and woke up at about 4:40am, but went back to sleep immediately and finally woke up just before 8am. At about 10am I felt sleepy again since I’m not used to waking up so early.
If I can get myself to fall asleep earlier, and continue to consistently wake up early, this goal would be marked done!
