Well, gosh, it went a lot faster than I expected. Yeah, 7 minutes is 7 minutes, but you know how torture can seem so much longer? Well this was perfect! I certainly could “feel the burn” and I do expect to be a little sore tomorrow, but wow I can actually still move and breath. I could do more… I could. But I’m not going to. A big death trap is to overdo and be too sore or actually injure myself… and I’m just not going to do it this time.

Yay me!


I just bought a Bean...

and I’ve challenged myself to use it OR ELSE!

I’m really out of shape, so I’m doing baby steps here.

Going to do the 7 minute workout right now!
