Guess what I am wearing ;). LOL…ankle weights. I am going to try wearing them around the house when I am home…who knows it may help!!! Anything is worth a shot. I heard wearing them to the mall is good too…but to be cautious about running with them on. I don’t think I could it would totally pull my knees all out of wack. But walking and marching etc seems fine.
Day 1….we’ll see how things are by Day 7 etc.

I have never liked my thighs. Even as a child. I think it comes with being short everything seems wider. I dunno.
Anyhow, I’ve been doing my yoga/pilates almost everyday and have noticed a MAJOR difference in the structure of my butt/thighs. My stomach is another story. I feels stronger but I am still eatting badly though. Exam/report season isn’t helping much of anything. I am sure once I am done though I’ll get matters more under control though. I am allergic to most X-Mas meals so I’ll be making most of my own this season which is kinda a good thing…keeping alive and toning up. LOL.

...they are no six pack. Although I don’t want one of those anyway…but my core feels stronger. Caught a glimpse the other day when I was getting ready in the morning. Hahah…quite proud….got some more to go. Would like to get my meatier parts toned tho. Going to the gym tonight so I’ll remember to focus on them.
