Goal for the summer: lose belly fat
I’m not going to say that I will do sit ups everyday… because I know I won’t but I am going to say “as often as I can”. Maybe every 3 days, do as many sit ups as possible. Hopefully by the end of summer I’ll be able to do 30 or more? :P
While I have been diligently recording the food that I eat, I have not been drinking water at all. So aiming to drink 6 cups a day is a little outrageous and I’m going to go for just 1 cup of water per day, and 3 cups of any other liquid per day.
See here, I’m drinking a cup of water right now! Er, yum, tastes like fridge… (I wish I liked water more)
As for the sit-ups… they totally slipped my mind. I’ll try to do sit ups for the 30th of every month, if that’ll be easier to remember.
Okay, to do this, I narrowed it down to individual tasks:
1. Drink more water (try 6 cups per day).
2. Keep a daily record of what I eat (to make sure I have a healthy diet).
3. Prevent myself from eating at obscure times at night!
4. Do monthly situps. Say, 25 in a row?
This goal is not necessarily about losing weight because I found out that I have a “bloated stomach”, which basically fluctuates in size during the day. I’m trying to stop it from bloating itself, and according to my friend Internet, this is what I have to do.
