I’m losing weight=) well I actually mean inches. I don’t do weighing scales because I think it’s a completely useless and out of context way of measuring your health. Too many factors are packed into those little pounds and kilos to make the numbers any real relevence.
But all I know is poses are getting easier and clothes are getting looser=)

basically I’m doing great at the yoga if I do say so myself – But I don’t have to cos my yoga instructor has told me I’ve gone from a beginner to a level 2 in about 4 months . . . not too shabby!
What’s holding me back in some poses though is the weight. I’m not huge by any means, but there’s a couple of inches that are getting in the way of some bendiness and gracefully grabbing my ankles behind my back.
I used to want to lose weight for the normal reasons (look good in clothes, lose the extra 3 stone, being healthy). Some still apply but i think this is a much better and more applicable reason to lose a few inches=)
