I’m being very careful and picky about what I put on my list. The results are surprising. Things I thought made me happy don’t really and I have found some of the things that DO make me happy are also the simplest to carry out. Like going for a walk in a green area. I am very pleased to discover more about myself and what makes me tick, and also to discover that making myself happy is easier to achieve than I believed. :)
