I test drove a Mazda3 today…I probably won’t get financed due to my terrible credit and the fact that I just started a new job, but the “finance guy” sounded pretty hopeful:)
It’s an ‘06 Mazda3 sedan.
It’s white.
I love the interior – so sporty, yet practical.
It has decent gas mileage.
It has <20,000 miles.

I have the opportunity to get a 2000 Honda Passport. My step-sister wants to get rid of hers and get something else.
Pros:
– it’s nice, and in good condition
– in my price range, I would be taking over her payments and she has $8000 left on it
– I ♥ SUVs
Cons:
– 16 city mpg, 20 (at best) highway mpg
– Because of some problem (that is under control) I would constantly be checking the oil and putting oil in it
I’ve been having a ton of trouble finding something I want…I didn’t think this could be so hard.

for a car that is approx. $15,000?
I’m not good at this sort of thing at all.
I have 1K saved for it so far, but I want to put a good down-payment so my monthly payments aren’t so high.
Thanks:)

until I rolled it in a snow storm three months ago, totalling it. I walked from it with no injuries. I’ve been trying to get a car (trying isn’t even the word), but I didn’t have any money saved up and no one wants to finance a server that makes $2.83/hr and can’t prove how much tips he or she makes. So right now I’m driving my mum’s station wagon. At least its something. I can’t wait to get something for myself though.
