didn't eat until 9:30pm today....

Not a snack, or even a sip of water….So maybe this isn’t the best goal. I was just so busy at school and then finishing a big project I just didn’t remember to eat. When I finally remembered “hey, I need to eat!”, I didn’t feel hungry. Not the first time I’ve forgotten to eat either. This is awesome if you want to have an eating disorder, but that is not on my To-Do list. You actually gain weight when you skip meals often, b/c your body goes into panic/starvation mode and starts storing your fat. That’s why bulimics usually aren’t successfully thin. So, my point is that I want to eat when I’m hungry, and also to eat @ least 3 healthy meals a day.
