I’ve stopped drinking, lost weight. I’ve been eating more fruit, and I cut way back on meat and dairy. Cut out lunch. Trying not to rely on caffeine but that’s more of an uphill battle for me. Breakfast and an early dinner with 1-2 snacks (fruit) either midday or evening. Found I need one, possibly two carb dinners a week. Still not where I want to be… I suspect I need cardio…bleck. And, massage, of course! (I wish!)
