Facing :
I often opt out if something scares me instead of following through and pushing my limits . This may seem like a normal thing to most of you but when the things that scare you are – making phone calls or going into public spaces ( go go social anxiety ) being safe is only going to make the whole thing worse .
Solving:
Excuses are just that , excuses . And everytime i push myself socially i feel so much better for it . Ive now taken a job that requires me to be largely social and as a result i feel im coming to grips with this slowly .
