I’ve gone through several periods of weight gain and loss in my life. I’m finally at a point where the weight I lose will stay gone. I have 15 more pounds to go! I’ve done this by cutting down my portion sizes, riding my bike and choosing better meals. I still slip up but for the most part I eat much healthier than what I used to.

1 pound gone forever, hopefully! It is very tough to stick to a diet when I love food so much.
I need to lose 30 pounds by the end of summer, which in Fla, is around the beginning of October. I plan to do this by getting back to the low carb way of eating. I have attempted this effort many times and can’t seem to stick with it! So far in my 3 years of dieting, I have lost 40 pounds and have kept it off, thankfully!
