Knowing is half the battle... 18 months ago

So I haven’t been doing as great as I should be. I went for a walk after work today though. Haven’t been feeling so hot for the past week but I have to get back on track.

doing well, doing well. I haven’t officially gone to the gym yet this week (I do plan on it tomorrow) but I have been doing ab exercise every night, which makes me feel a little better. Plus my legs are still so sore from running the reservoir that they feel broken… well, maybe not that bad, but they hurt a lot!



The weekend was good 19 months ago

I went to the park on Saturday and walked, yay yay. Other than the few disasters we had on the way (i.e. my daughter squeezing half a bottle of water all over herself and me having to change her) it was still exercise!
Sunday I went and ran about 9 million miles at the reservoir and I thought I was going to die. Now today I can’t walk. I feel good about it though, I really do.

Now I’m going to do sit ups until my abs fall off.



Today is perfect 19 months ago

What a beautiful day to get outside and get moving! I exercise often, just not consistently and that is what needs to change. I want to get rid of the last of the post-prego chub I have left before the summer time!

I have already done several sets of ab and arm exercised today. Now I just want to get outside with the fam and get my heart rate up for at least 30 minutes… Day 1.
