I’ve been pretty regular in this goal and I’m getting use to meditate every day, so I’m closing it.

I did improve my number! I meditated three days last week, I know is not even close to this “daily goal” but I did it one more day than the last week, I’m proud of myself =0)

I didn’t meditated last week, and the worst part is that I enjoy doing this. Today I will place something where I can remember to meditate, just need to remember!!
Last week I meditated 3 days, it was better that the week before but it’s still not close to my daily goal =0(
This goal will be easier to track if I do it weekly, otherwise I forget about it!! =S
Ok, then about last week… I only meditated two days, bad, bad, bad! And the worst part it’s that I like doing it, but I forget. I’ll try to be more conscious this week and do it more often, till doing this becomes something regular.
