so i ended up eating a lot but it was all really good food, I don’t know what that means.
Lunch:
1 c rice with soy sauce
6 tbsp hummus (mixed in the rice, it was kinda good)
1 apple
Dinner:
1 banana
3 apples (guess I was hungry?)
drank 3 32 oz bottles of water so far today.
I have to go shopping tomorrow. I”m already out of fruit!
Day one = almost done!!!
