actually down to 128 now! The only difference in my eating is I have more salads at lunch and I stopped drinking alcohol. Big difference. I seem to lose a pound a week without really trying. I’m down a full pants size!

After 3 weeks of steady weight loss (5 pounds in 3 weeks!) last week I just mantained my lower weight. I didn’t exercise at all last week and I probably wasn’t as strict with myself too. It’s all good, this is a lifestyle thing so I’m cool with not losing – but I’ll work a little harder this week.
Holding steady at 131 pounds.
Weighed in on July 19 at 131 pounds—hoping to cross the 130 barrier soon!
Starting weight: 136 pounds. Started the program at the start of July – lost 5 pounds in one month! Excellent progress!!! :-)
