I work until midnight, but I have packed a lunch and dinner and got up early enough to eat a breakfast. There is no reason that I should eat late at night when I get home. I have both meals and some healthy snacks. By 10pm I shall only be drinking water.

I’m drinking lots of water to fill myself up on that instead of food, and I’m also trying to get to bed earlier. Chewing gum helps loads as well.
