And then I will type up a step by step process to overcoming these flaws. I will put a consequence for myself (nothing harmful or dangerous though. I won’t make myself suffer) if I don’t get better at the flaw (i.e. I’ll do absolutely nothing for 18 minutes, and if it’s something that needs to be fixed immediately, I will not let myself out of the house for 18 days, but I will allow myself to take comfort from other people who I will still keep in touch with), but if I do get better at the flaw, then I will give myself a pat on the back and tell myself how proud of myself I am. Then, I will stop being so hard on myself.
