They counter offered and we’re going to accept, pending a termite and foundation inspection!!!!

Deb loaned me her Carleton Sheets CDs. He’s of the “no down payment” fame, I guess. Anyway, I’ve only listened to one disc and I’m already so motivated!! We need to do this… he’s so right—you’re never going to have enough money if you only save. You need INVESTMENTS.

This is still an ultimate goal of mine; however, there’s no way we can do this in the forseeable future. So, off you go to make way for other goals…

I looked into this a bit today-it’s been on the back burner. Thinking about getting a 3-unit, living in 1 unit and renting out the other 2-something to pay our mortgage and beyond.
