Dress up like a freak goth and go for mass at a Baptist Church

... when you’re actually Christian. :)

I really would love to do this but would need some help building up the nerve. The closest I came was when i had my nails painted black and was wearing a Bauhaus shirt at Cornerstone, a Christian music festival in Bushnell, IL. Some of the town’s churches do tents with homemade ice cream and stuff, and at one of them i got “evangelized” a bit. It wasn’t really obnoxious, but the clear subtext i picked up was that my appearance meant i couldn’t possibly be, you know, an actual follower of Jesus at a Christian music festival. Bless his heart, i’m sure the man meant well, but…. anyway, it was a fun experience.

FYI in Baptist churches it would usually be called a “service”; i guess the term mass is too closely tied to Catholicism or something.
