Ugh yes this habit is painful… At least for me, I think many times I end up feeling worse than the real victim of my “foot in mouth” comments.
I found this website googleing “foot in mouth” because I felt terrible about a joke I made at the Thanksgiving table last night! I apologized and the person accepted it, but I still can’t shake it…
I liked the concept of 43 things.com though, especially with New Year’s resolutions coming up! hehe And I added “get along with my inlaws” to the list in light of the aforementioned joke =P
