...I am moving around a lot more. My job requires me to be on the move constantly (I’m an Assistant Teacher in a Pre-School program) and it has been good for me. I am noticing a difference in how my body feels because of all of the extra activity.
This is a good start towards me starting to lose weight. This kids keep me active so I should see some small changes soon. Next step, find and join a gym.

..so I have to start moving my body more. I’m plan to start with walking since that was something I wasn’t able to do comfortably for a few months. I’ve been going out more often now, especially since the weather has been better. Will set a plan for when and how long I will I will walk. I started today – walked for half an hour.

I have the food thing under control. I have found ways to enjoy what I eat, treat myself from time to time, and still eat what’s good for me. My problem is that I have not started any form of exercise. I know the combination is important in order for me to lose weight and be in good shape, but I have no desire to do it. I’ve only started walking more, but that has been put on hold due to a recent leg injury. I can walk, but not for long periods of time right now – I can’t do leg exercises.
Anyone have any suggestions on things I can do that can start me off?
