I go out for a walk 2-3 times a week. It’s one of the things I knew I needed to do in order to get me in the mindset of wanting to work-out. Starting with walking and will add things along the way.

...and it’s starting to show up on my body. Will make an effort to choose what I eat and when I eat from now on. Going shopping for groceries tomorrow.
This year my health was not at it’s best. I have had to deal with certain things more than once, and developed some new problems along the way, but am healing fine. I have high blood pressure and diabetes on both sides of my family and I am overweight. My current health issue is preventing me from exercising, so I am doing my best by eating healthy, and I have been smoke free for 20 days…
My main concern is that I will follow in the footsteps of other family members if I am not careful, so I am doing my best to get healthy, and stay healthy.
