Decided that the post-natal tummy had to go, six months on, so I did cut myself some slack. I mean Jesus, I wasn’t going to go on a diet a week later, but that almost 10 pound baby did s t r e t c h my tummy muscles. Hardly surpising.
Anyways six months later I’m the youngest woman in the Pilates class, but there was a creche next door, so I could leave baby in capable and safe hands while I worked out. Yes, here’s to easy solutions
