Instead of making a new entry every day for this one, I’m just going to compile a list of what I do each day to make me feel proud of myself :)
5/11- 5.5 mile walk with Feral
5/12 – half walk half run 2.5 miles with Feral and Zombie
5/13 – Feral tries to kick my ass with land drills but I beast it out
5/14 – Crunch: Candlelight Yoga (my resting day)
5/15 – Some 10 minute dance workout video then ran the better part of 1.4 miles and walked the rest with Feral.
5/16 – Okay, I slacked off a little today because I worked until 6 then had my cross country book club for a couple hours. But I still managed to squeeze in a 10 minute kick boxing work out video and 30 minutes of exercise bike before bed.
