Dare to be poverty stricken 2 years ago

I don’t mean homeless in the usual sense. Like Sal Paradise or Tom Joad, regular enough guys who just went out searching. My real asperation is to walk from Texas back up to Illinois once I’m finished with the Army. Y’know that song by Simon & Garfunkel about going out and looking for America, think of it that way. This is also a true way to test one’s dignity, even though I may be crazy for doing it.
