Went to the Gym today – that makes 2 weeks so far straight, 3 days a week. Im on pretty good track to get this goal completed

OK, I just bought ‘The Men’s Health Book of Muscle’, and wow, its crazy in depth. It provides a whole work out plan for basically a couple years, and explains every single exercise with full color photos and instructions. Its got diet and everything too. Very cool, I’m going to the gym tomorrow (first time in like a month lol) to try it out
