Get a tattoo

and it was SOOOOOO worth it! I now have three and plans for a billion more. I love using my body as a canvas. I would just warn anyone from getting a tattoo of something that they haven’t thought through before getting, or that doesn’t mean something to them. The first one I got was two swallows on either side of my rib cage that say “Dani” and “Girl”

I always wanted a tattoo on my foot if I were to get it there it would be of the rosary that was made out of a string of white baby roses from my grandmothers funeral with the Fleur-de-lis for my french side and a celtic eternity knot for the Irish Celt side. It would be small tasteful and delicate.

I always wanted portraits of family and friends that really meant a lot to me…I wanted to get at least one of them done by Kat Von D from Miami Ink and when I looked up how to book an appointment. I was really upset to find out that she has sold out big time. I understand that she is a great artist and all but she charges a minimum of $500 no matter what the tat is of or the size. So three years (at least) later after you spend money for a plane, hotel food, and shell out $500 non-refundable bucks ahead of time to hold your spot in her books. She can still charge what she feels for depending on the size. She is great at what she does, but not that great.
