Well, it’s been eight months since I’ve had Audrey and I’ve done it! Even better, I’ve lost three pounds from my pre-pregnancy weight =) Woo hoo! Unfortunately, I haven’t really had a chance to get back to my old exercise regime, but taking care of her, the dog, and the home, along with running around at work and breastfeeding, I haven’t really needed to do the extra exercise. As I said before, I’m certain that breastfeeding has a lot to do with it. If I’d have known that’s all it takes to lose the weight, I’d have breastfed ages ago! haha

It’s been seven weeks since delivery and I’ve got three more pounds to go before I’ve reached pre-pregnancy weight. I think the breastfeeding has been a big factor in that. Hopefully I’ll be able to cross this goal off my list and who knows? Maybe I can switch it to read “reach my ideal weight and fat percentage”. Hell, I haven’t even had a chance to get back to my old exercise regime yet. I think once I’m able to do that, losing a few extra pounds won’t be too difficult.
