I am very athletic but I have never been much of a runner, so it is my new adventure. I have signed up for a 5k in September and plan on training until then. I live in a place that is 7,000 ft. in elevation so this is the perfect place to train. I will be moving back to lower elevation so I am hoping it will be to my benefit. So far I have been running at least 3 times each week for two weeks!
