Ive had depression for years now, been on so many antidepressants and been off them twice. At the moment Im off them and Im feeling the depression. People have stated that when I was on my recent antidepressant I was stable with my moods and behaviour but felt no feelings, now that Im off them Im feeling some feelings (not all of them) but my moods and behaviour is unstable. I have decided to go back on them but go on a different one. No one really knows the full depression that I have at the moment, Ive told people bits and pieces but thats all, and thats how I like it. I would rather not tell anyone except the doctors and the mental health team. Telling others doesnt help me. I like being private and mysterious.
