Weighing week #165 1 day ago

Last week’s change:

+0.3kg (+0.7 pounds)

Well, that’s the exact number gained, that I had lost in the previous week. So I guess that’s acceptable…



Weighing week #164 1 week ago

Last week’s change:

-0.3kg (-0.7 pounds)

Well, that’s good. If it had continued to rise, instead of simply being… unpredictable, I would have started to get concerned.



Weighing week #163 2 weeks ago

Last week’s change:

+0.4kg (+0.9 pounds)

The weird thing here is that all the other numbers went down, so why weight should go up – makes no sense to me. Well, not much to do but wait another week and see if things makes sense again.



Weighing week #162 3 weeks ago

Almost exactly the same weight as last week – and the other numbers continue to get better. I think I’ll continue my “experiment” for now.



Weighing week #161 4 weeks ago

Last week’s change:

+1.1kg (+2.4 pounds)

Hmm… this a rather big gain for a week. However if the other numbers my scale show me are correct, I’ve once again, actually lost fat and gained water and muscle. So because of this, I won’t change anything but simply wait and see what next week’s weighing brings.



Experiment 4 weeks ago

I’ll try to eat a little bit more this coming days, if I feel like it. According to fitday, I usually have more calories outgoing than incoming. So far I’d assumed this wasn’t quite right. But without trying, how do I really know ?

So this will an experiment, will I gain more weight, than if I am very strict ? If yes, I can stop before it gets too bad. If no, I’ll be able to eat a little bit more every day and probably feel better.

We’ll see…

Some weight gain this past week:

+0.6kg (+1.3 pounds)

Though if the other numbers are correct, this is actual good gain, as fat is down, but water and muscle are up.

And so after the first week back on my fitday program, my weight remains exactly the same number as the week before.



Weighing week #157 1 month ago

I most recently weighed myself this past Sunday, just before restarting my fitday-program.

After coming back from travelling I had gained quite a bit. However in the recent stressful days I have lost most of that again.

So, in relation to the last time I’ve recorded something here, the difference is:

+0.8kg (+1.8 pounds)
