i did hate exercises , i had that unrealistic image of it , mainly as a torture method , i really didn’t liked it
but then after seeing a great episode of th doctors tv show – it did changed my life – they basically introduced me to insanity workout, then gradually i learned that exercise doesn’t have to be fixed step , it is all about movement and freshing the body , and what is a better way than dance ? it is really great thing to do and enjoy , and it is also regarded as Exercise , so i started to do belly dance and it works well for me
