Walked Fast  — 8 months ago

I walked fast today for an hour and 30 minutez – was quite a good walk actually. Going to try and get back into the habit of walking 5 or 6 timez a week. Ah hopefully I can do it!

Try Again.  — 9 months ago

I walked 2 hourz today with my dog. It was quite a good walk however want to go fully around the track. Saturday and Sunday Im working in the afternoon however might make it around doing walking in the early morning.

Starting To Get Into The Exercise Again  — 1 year ago

Well whenever I can I fast walk for an hour every day. Usually in the afternoon but now Im thinking that I should be walking in the morning too. Work getz in the way since therez a morning shift and and afternoon shift. Hoping to keep it up and get myself into gear!!

Well I exercised last Wednesday which wasnt that bad, I exercised last night (Sunday) which was pretty good, and I exercised this afternoon by walking for an hour with my cute dog lol. Itz awsome to get back on track because when I was walking I felt really happy :D

Well I have been really slack at this…I havent been exercising for at least two months however I am out of school now and have more free time…I love swimming nd I love the water…Itz summer here atmz nd it getz bloody hot nd all that…However I would like to get back to running…I went away for a week with a couple of friendz nd some of us were running on the beach nd running every where,we climbed up this big massive hill bout 3 timez which was so hard to climb but I/everyone kept on going.When we reached on the top of it it was the most beautiful view ever.Even thou I could hardly breath when I climbed I still kept on going.It was worth it in the end…So just remember never to give up because at the end itz worth it :) good luck to all!

I am trying to get my stomach flat for the school formal thats happening in November however I have trouble getting on track and being motivated. I havent exercised for more then a week and also I am getting less and less sleep. Its magpie sesson in aussie land so I am not running or walking in case I get attacted but I really do wanna run and get fit, also exercise my dog as well. The path of running I usually take is the bush area and I like it when people doesnt see me running. Any tips and all that to help me will be most grateful :) or any websites. Thanks for reading and I hope everyone is enjoying there day :) Keep up the good work

Started Playing Tennis  — 1 year ago

Well this week is going good. I started playing tennis (I have a wall at the back of my house so I play tennis there although the wall isnt really big) three days ago and I really enjoy it. I usually play past 5pm and stop around 6pm when all the mosie’s are eating me alive. I also work on my arms, upper body and lower body too.
So yeh my advice is to play tennis once in a while with someone or by yourself (NOTE : If you play by yourself dont be expected to win, the wall always seems to win :P)
Anyways hope you have fun and I will keep you posted… Tell me if you win against the wall too lol (funny)

Exercised 6 days this week!  — 1 year ago

A better week then my usual weeks. I write down all what I do in my journal (aka exercise journal) and usually I do about 3 to 5 days of exercised. I dont know how long I do them for but oh well. I cant really see the change in my arms but I am hoping to see some improvement from my stomach. I wanna have a flat tummy. Also I see improvement in my arms and my legs. So yeh I have done 5 weeks now which is good. But I dont know how long I have got left to say that I have done this goal. Lets just leave it about another 4 weeks and see if I can go the 6 day exercise. Also I havent been walking or running because it is magpie sesson so yeh I dont really want to get hit in the head. But I have a question, if I have my dog with me do they still attack? Thanks :)

Well lets just say that I am started to get motivated again. I have done the same exercise for 4 days in a row now (shock horror lol). First 2 exercises on my arms to get them stronger and everything, after that the next 2 exercises works on my legs, then I do 15 sit ups. Some times I just dont want to do them or when I am half way though them I just want to give up but I make myself do them… Its kinda hard sort of.
