I have been struggling for the last month, but still I have been doing exercise a few times a week. It’s not enough to make me feel any better though or make any changes. I am going to push to go as much as possible in March.

I haven’t really been using exercise as a coping strategy for stress. But exercising regularly does reduce stress a bit.



I am struggling to do this lately..

I have neglected exercise on and off for about 2 weeks now due to shift work and a few other circumstances that have come up, but I admit that it has been mostly lack of motivation.
I am at a low right now..
