be forgiven

I forgive all. If you are reading this and need comfort, just wrap your arms around yourself, close your eyes, relax, picture someone that you love and squeeze, I promise the outcome will be a sigh or a smile.

I now believe that I am! This means more to me than anything. Now I can rest, no more nightmares.

I forgive all of those who have wronged me. I still find it within me to have love for everyone. I will forgive humanity as a whole. I may be hurt and will continue to be, but I do not hold any ill will or contempt for anyone. I pray that those I have wronged will have mercy and show me the same compassion.
Forgiveness starts will sacrifice and grows with love.
It would mean the world to me if someone that I know I have deeply hurt, would let me know that I have been forgiven and am still loved. This haunts me…,
