Excercise Regularly and count your calories which is pretty tough for most people. I teach Aerobics and I’m in pretty descent shape but my waste could be better. My problem is that I like snacks to much. I REALLY need to lay off the snacks, especially after 6pm. It is tough when I work out and body is wanting something. My body has also adjusted to exercise so I may have to shock it with something more extreme. However, I’ve seen friends lose by following the exercise and count calories method. So give it a try. Try wlaking, riding a bike or even truying some of the 8 minute or 20 minute workouts for 3 days a week.
