Be more consistent

I’ve been exercising for awhile but need to be a lot more consistent. Today I ran 2 miles on my treadmill at lunch and will plan on doing 2 more miles tonight after work. I had a max pulse rate of 150 and an average of 130 and after I finished my pr dropped to near my resting rate. So it looks like my cardio health has improved a bunch.
