I’m not sure how long it’s been, maybe a week or a little less, since I’ve had a soda. All I’ve been doing is drinking loads of water instead. It’s working because now I find myself craving water rather than soda.
It’s difficult working in fast food where you get free drinks, thrown in an unnatural love for Dr. Pepper and it doesn’t look good. I’m doing good though. I hope I can keep this up.
