I do this twice a day:
-Rinse my mouth with Listerine Pre-Brush Whitening Rinse for 30 seconds.
-Brush my teeth with Crest 3D White Toothpaste. Once a day only: About half way through brushing I sprinkle some baking soda on my toothbrush and rub that in as well.
- Floss my teeth with Glide Whitening Floss to whiten in between my teeth.
- Rinse with Listerine Total Care Mouthwash.
My teeth are white enough I’ve been SMILING! It’s such a rare thing for me. Also, the total care mouthwash is supposed to harden your teeth so you’re not supposed to drink or eat anything for 30 minutes after using it and I can really tell a difference in the health of my mouth.
Going to go one more week and see if I can get any more results, then marking this as completed! :)

when you drink a lot of tea/coffee/soda. I feel like my consumption of those drinks is a huge part of why I can’t seem to get my teeth much whiter, so today, I’m making a commitment to myself to limit my consumption of them and drink mainly water or clear soda like Sprite if I must.
Not only will this be good for my teeth, but also to help me take care of my body. :)
I also need to make an appointment with a dentist soon. I know I have multiple cavities, it’s just really hard to justify spending the money I know it’s going to cost to get them all filled. Maybe I can find some cheap dental insurance to help me out.

Went and got a Soniccare Toothbrush! It’s like sex for your mouth! I’m using that in conjunction with Listerine Whitening Pre-Brush Rinse and Colgate Total Whitening Paste.
