A few days a week, not on any schedule, I spend a little time before sleep meditating. It’s a start, but I need to work more on this goal.
Technically, my anti-meditation goal is a form of meditation and is not a form of meditation simultaneously. What I want to come out of this goal is similar to the anti-meditation goal of being more relaxed and aware, but it goes about it in a more traditional way.
Today there is no goal or expectation other than to meditate for a short while. Tomorrow may be the same.

I am trying 5 separate forms of meditation over then next months. I’ll post my response to each kind. I am giving each a good go. There are lots of different kinds of meditation, but I am trying 5 from seemingly different traditions.

This is so low on my priority list, that I have almost given up on it. This month I have decided other things are more important. Luckily, I am doing a lot of things that make me feel like I am becoming a better person and managing my life better.

I need to decide a time. Perhaps talking yoga will help motivate me. I am looking into the adult ed. catalog to see what they have to offer. If I don’t do this by months end, I will remove this goal and do it later.

Phase one, deliberately meditate once a week, perhaps it will just be breathing exercises.
Phase two, take some meditation classes.
I also have to figure out what I want to accomplish by mediating, what meditation is to me, and what skills I will need to meditate better.
