P90X has been an interesting component in my journey to 5.11. On the most noticeable reality, it has decreased my climbing because of how sore and tired I have been. However, I lost 10 pounds and then gained back nearly 5 in muscle weight. That is pretty good. I have also increased my back and arm muscle strength substantially. Once P90X is over in 3 more weeks, I plan on hitting up a solid rock climbing focused exercise plan. I hope to climb my first 5.11 route at Upper Limits before the end of the year. We will see.

My old goal was 5.10 which is just the beginning of the Vermin scale. Now I want to progress. Time for V1 and 5.11’s. Bam. Many crimps and slopers to go.
