keep in touch with old friends

Hadn’t called a friend in a while and after I called we did decide that we need to talk more! That’s a good thing.

I called a friend that hadn’t talked to in about a year!

Went to an outdoor concert with another couple who we had been trying to catch up with all summer!

Went biking with a couple and their kids – 3 years since we had seen them.

My friend from Arizona did get to visit Delaware and we were able to get together for dinner and drinks. Catching up was so much fun after not seeing each other for 5 or 6 years!

I called a friend in Arizona the other night to tell her daughter congratulations on graduating from high school. I found out that she is going to be visiting another friend outside of Washington, DC next month. They are going to be spending a couple of days at the beach in Delaware so I think we are going to be able to see each other for the first time in 5 or 6 years! Cool!

on Saturday night. Hadn’t seen them in 3 or 4 months and it was nice catching up.

I had the opportunity to go to dinner tonight with five friends … all from other states. A wonderful, relaxing evening.

Well, it’s Christmas time and a great time to at least touch base with a card and a letter. Looking through names and addresses really brings back some good memories.

On the way home, I called a friend I hadn’t talked to in a very long time. We had a great conversation and couldn’t believe it had been so long.
