I’m back to doing crunches everyday ….. for the last three days! I need to keep it up and I will. It’s one part of the overall fitness commitment!



Getting Back into the Habit 2 years ago

I’ve gotten away from my exercise routine and it’s way past time to get back into the routine. Just started with 50!
